Only to new converter fixes issue on using ptt with older trucks and the electrical system showing 98 electrical. This allows you to update ptt database to choose the proper electrical system version 2 or 4 etc and add it to ptt database with out needing to be online so that you can change parameters etc like you did on old trucks with ptt 1.12.970
